Contentful and Netlify
The Jamstack decoupled web architecture makes it easy to build fast, powerful and secure websites. To make content updates to your Jamstack site on Netlify even easier, we’ve built a Netlify app, connecting your content in Contentful with Netlify’s static site building, hosting and preview functionality. By giving content writers an easier, more transparent process for editing content, they can adapt content faster while retaining control of what’s published on static sites.
The Contentful web app makes it possible to configure content changes without having to navigate between systems and gives full oversight from previewing to deploying the changes. Within the Contentful web app, editors can trigger Netlify builds with a simple click in the sidebar and see the build status in real-time to avoid previewing outdated sites. Additionally, editors can track the progress and the last changes made from within the web app.
